1. Service Description
AICheck365 provides a free, browser-based tool for detecting AI-generated image and video origin signals. The service analyzes EXIF, XMP, C2PA, PNG text chunks, MP4/MOV metadata, filenames, and sampled video-frame watermark clues. All processing occurs locally in your browser.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AICheck365 only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to analyze images or videos you do not have the right to process
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the service
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
- Use the service in a way that violates any applicable laws
3. Limitations of the Service
AICheck365 is not a definitive AI authentication tool. Detection results are based solely on metadata signals and should be used as supplementary reference only. The service:
- Cannot detect AI-generated content if metadata has been stripped
- Cannot reliably analyze files that have been screenshotted, screen-recorded, transcoded, or re-exported
- Does not provide legally admissible evidence of media authenticity
- May produce false positives or false negatives
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
AICheck365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detection results will be accurate.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICheck365 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
The AICheck365 service is based on the open-source aicheck project. The website design, content, and branding are the property of AICheck365. The underlying detection library is licensed under its respective open-source license.
7. Third-Party Services
AICheck365 uses Google AdSense to display advertisements and Google Analytics to analyze website traffic. Your use of the site is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
