What to Include
If you're reporting a detection issue, please include:
- The AI platform that generated the image or video (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Sora, Kling)
- Whether you're using the original file or a copy
- The detection result you received
- Your browser and operating system
Please do not send actual image or video files via email — describe the issue instead.
Response Time
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. For urgent security issues, please include "SECURITY" in your subject line.
